Processing Time:

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
